Clubroom Use ($50) Any Party or Event wishing to use the club room over 15 people must pay fee. 4 Hour Limit. Fee is $75 in the summer May-July

Any Party > 15 people, $5 fee per guest

Clubroom use after the club’s closing time must pay and additional $20/hr (Staff is present during the party and stays to lock up)

Parties over 40 people may require special planning and a different party fee

I’m not sure if the weather will be good enough to swim, regardless we would mainly like to use the clubhouse and the outdoor area next to the clubhouse. Would the fee be lower if we decided IN ADVANCE not to swim?
